Colin Brown is a Scottish Artist who has spent periods of time living and painting throughout Europe. His paintings have recieved numerous awards including a major Artists Grant from The Pollock-Krasner Foundation, New York in 1996. Colin's most recent passion is to capture the fast paced life of major cities throughout europe concentrating on the importance of light and tone in his work.
